Description
*Review of property inspection results
*Responsible for ordering work to be performed and maintaining vacant properties
*Responsible for submitting documentation, estimates, photos into our investor systems for approval or denial
*Responsible for reviewing all loans in an active pipeline and ensuring all work is up to date to avoid and minimize losses
*Responsible for filing insurance loss claims with the Homeowners Insurance, providing documents as requested and following up until paid or denied decision is received for all damages.
*Responsible for property violations, working with the local municipalities to cure to avoid fees and fines.

Qualifications
Hours and Work Schedule:
40 hours, full time
Work Schedule 8:00 5:00
Education Experience-Bachelors degree or equivalent education/experience. 2-4 years of foreclosure and/or default
related experience.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent organization skills, verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of XL and
Word.
Ability to multi task.
Able to pay attention to detail.
Responsibilities: Reviews daily inspection results and make decisions to protect and preserve all property based on
investor and insurer guidelines.
Monitors foreclosure sales, loan reinstatements, paid in full loans, etc. Our objective is to
avoid risk of loss.
Co-ordinates with two property preservation vendors. All work must be maintained, timely and accurately. Orders/
recommends appraisals or inspections of properties. Evaluates recommended preservation measures.
All actions are performed in accordance with bank policy
