Role Value Proposition:
Global Technology & Operations (GTO) includes over 17,000 associates across 42 countries Service our customers in operations and global customer call centers where we deliver global support services, including global real estate, global corporate security, and global innovation. This role, for a NIGO Services Supervisor, will process retirement plan transactions; conducts end-of-day processing; reconciles accounting systems; coordinates fund purchases and sales; formats and loads data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervises day-to-day activities of a small team or work group.
• Leads and works alongside staff for assigned plans; resolves complex problems and eases workloads during peak volume periods.
• Monitors staff quality and productivity and ensures that service levels are maintained.
• Assists in managing people, including making recommendations regarding hiring, firing, promotions, performance and compensation management, and training and development.
• May be designated as the primary operations contact for the largest plans.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
• High School diploma
• 5+ yrs. related experience
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ yrs. related experience
• Strong customer satisfaction focus.
