Responsibilities
• Executes corporate treasury projects that address needs related to funding, liquidity, asset/liability management and capital management
• Coordinates with the Supervisor, Manager, Senior Manager, or Partner on all phases of the engagement, including execution of the project deliverables, communications with the project team, staffing requirements, job planning, and scheduling
• Advises and assists clients on requirements of their corporate treasury programs
• Provides subject matter expertise related to funding, liquidity management, liquidity stress testing, asset/liability management, interest rate risk management, capital adequacy, and capital stress testing
• Assists clients with corporate treasury activities required to comply with regulatory expectations
• Conducts assessments to identify opportunities to enhance control environment
• Exercises independent thinking skills by making decisions related to engagements to include dynamic problem solving, risk assessment, quality control, and data and information evaluation
• Promptly brings to the attention of the Supervisor, Manager, Senior Manager, Project Manager, or Partner any issues or questions that could potentially result in alterations to the project parameters, costs or deadlines
• Able to work with ambiguous and often changing priorities
• Identifies further areas of value-add to create opportunities for future projects
• Proficient verbal and written English communication skills; ability to communicate effectively
• Human relations skills to deal effectively with clients, staff, and/or co-workers in a professional manner
• Professional demeanor towards duties and responsibilities, particularly with regard to independence, professional ethics, and the exercise of professional judgment
• Must be reliable and able to meet deadlines
• Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
• Must be highly organized

Qualifications
• BA or BS in Business or a related field required
• 3+ years of related work experience required
• 2+ years of corporate treasury experience required
• 2+ years of banking/financial institutions experience preferred
• 2+ years of professional level project management experience preferred
• Experience with Basel capital and liquidity regulations preferred
• Experience with Dodd-Frank Act requirements preferred
• Experience with asset/liability management, interest rate risk management, NII forecasting preferred
• Thorough working knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred
• Business process analysis experience preferred
• Traded products operations experience preferred
