Position Overview
The Research & Insights team seeks to drive client-focused decision making, and a data-driven approach to marketing strategy and communications across the organization. The Research & Insights Associate will be responsible for conducting research across category trends, customer insights, and competitive activity, drawing upon multiple data sources. This role will work with Research & Insights colleagues to develop insights to share with marketing strategy and communications teammates, and then collaborate to ensure marketing efforts are compelling and differentiating.
The role involves working on specific research projects and helping to ensure that marketing strategies are developed and delivered on time and on budget. The Research & Insights Associate will support presentations to both marketing and business stakeholders, as well as reporting on marketing program KPIs.
Qualifications
• 0-2 years of related experience
• College Degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Skills
• Academic focus in business, statistics or social sciences
Key to success in this role:
• Ability to work with data to generate hypotheses and insights
• Critical thinking about market, audience and competitive context and implications for marketing strategy
• Highly creative with the commitment to deliver fresh ideas
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to analyse and present findings to colleagues and business audiences
