Job Description:
At Regions, the Commercial Banking Communications and Training Coordinator II works directly with Commercial Banking communications and various Commercial Banking training programs.
Primary Responsibilities
• Works with the Commercial Banking Communications and Training Manager to create and execute Commercial Banking communications and marketing strategies
• Supports Commercial Banking leadership and training events
• Create, execute and communicate effective communications and initiatives that deliver exceptional results
• Assists with the Regions Client Advisor Program for Commercial Banking, in conjunction with Business leaders and the Vanderbilt Executive Development Institute.
• Key contributor to the Pulse newsletter (including gathering content, copywriting, design and distribution)
• Update internal Commercial Banking portals, websites and pitchbooks
• Monitor the Commercial Banking suggestion portal
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
• Three (3) years related experience in marketing or communications
• Proven communication skills including verbal and written acumen
• Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and internal departments to deliver communication and training with exceptional results
