The receptionist position provides administrative support to branch and district offices of AXA Advisors including reception work- greet clients/prospects/recruits, book conference rooms, open & distribute mail, maintain the check log and facilitate basic administrative tasks to help the office run smoothly and efficiently. This role is also responsible to provide administrative support to the BCM and BCS to manage the Compliance Tracking System (CTS) for administration, tracking, and reporting. Manage and coordinate the collection, processing, tracking, and filing of required forms from Associates and upload all documents into Paperclip.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2-3 years of receptionist/administrative assistant experience.
• 2-3 years of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) experience.
• Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Research and data gathering ability
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong organizational skills
• Advanced problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
