The Europe and Latin America (EULA) regional finance team is seeking a Planning & Analysis Specialist to assist the business analysis function and support business unit strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for management reporting, forecast / budget processes as well as due diligence as needed. The EULA region is a growth region for the company with various initiatives for the candidate to get exposure to.

Responsibilities:
• Develop quarterly forecasts of the income statement and key business drivers
• Prepare analysis packages for senior management discussions on multi-year forecasts, business initiatives and opportunities to improve financial performance
• Lead the business driver reporting and analysis process for the EULA region
• Provide financial modeling and analytical support for EULA region initiatives
• Support annual budget process
• Assist in business specific projects as needed
• Enhancing key processes and workflows
Specific responsibilities for the position will vary over time based on business needs and other factors.
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or reporting
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience in financial reporting or analysis function preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to foster relationships with multiple departments at various professional levels.
• Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills, with demonstrated ability to navigate and analyze complex and large data sets
• Familiarity with financial systems such as Obero and FDW a plus
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
• Proven ability to analyze data and the underlying drivers of financial results
• Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Overtime is required during peak periods
• Advanced degree and/or relevant certification (MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus)
