TheExpertise We’re Looking For
• Superior customer relations skills and experience, sales experience is a plus
• FINRA Series 7 (or ability to obtain within 90 days; thereafter pursue 66)
• High degree of motivation and able to work collaborative environment
• Understanding of a consultative relationship process preferred, including customer calling and working with warm leads
• Excellent listening and time management skills
• The desire to learn and grow in our industry
The Purpose of Your Role
As part of Workplace Planning and Advice outbound call team, you’ll be engaging inactive and active 401(k) participants to introduce them to our outstanding services, guiding them through all their available options. You will engage our clients to build effective relationships through calling and engaging warm leads. Our top quality training resources will ensure you have all the answers you need to provide customers with expert guidance – and to get the results you are striving for.

• Introducing 401(k) participants to business partners to have appropriate Investment Solutions conversations
• Building rapport and opening up the conversation with Fidelity clients through profiling and utilizing consultative skills with client interactions
• Learn book management skills and effectively managing leads through lead utilization.
• Set up targeted appointments to address client needs related to products and services.
