The hours required for this position are Monday-Friday- varied shifts as needed/40 hours per week
Prosperity Bank is seeking to fill the position of a Full-Time Director of Human Resources Sr. Generalist in Sugar Land.
Responsible for administering all aspects of Company human resource policies and functions. Assumes responsibility for the effective performance of various human resource technical support across the HR function. Provides recommendations to Management in establishing overall human resource objectives, policies and plans. Ensures that Human Resources activities are conducted in accordance with established Company policies and with established procedures. Provides subject matter expertise with regards to the HRIS and interfaces with third party vendors. Provides support for Employee Benefits administration. The Sr. HR Generalist will perform other duties as assigned. A full description of duties available upon hiring.

Required Skills:
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communications abilities.
Solid interpersonal and supervisory abilities.
Effective project management abilities; ability to effectively lead teams through new systems and technologies by best practice migration and/or system conversion approaches.
Required Experience:
Education/Certification:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, Human Resources
Certification; or equivalent experience and education.
Required Knowledge:Thorough knowledge of human resource laws and regulations.
Understanding of compensation and benefits policies and programs.
Experience Required:Five + years of progressive experience in human resource positions.
HRIS system administration in a lead role; Migration and usage of multiple HRIS systems and platforms required.
