Job Description
SUMMARY:
Responsible for the efficient and effective management of a branch office to ensure the adherence of established policies and procedures, establishing and maintaining an internal sales environment.

Ability to promote company products and services in the community to assist in the continuing growth of the Branch and company.
Ability to promote the sales culture within the Banking Center.
Ensure customers are provided professional service in all aspects of banking services.

Professional demeanor in appearance, interpersonal relations, work ethic and attitude.
Possess clear, concise, effective written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate policies, procedures and objectives to customers and Branch staff and to represent the Bank positively in external relationships.
EMPLOYEE SKILLS:
Supervise the office and ensure proper functioning of day-to-day operations including open and close procedures, daily vault duties, control of cash levels, and the adequate supply of inventory.
Directly handle the administrative aspects of the office including but not limited to the completion of various audits, monitoring of control accounts, management of cash items, and control of over/short by staff.
Set priorities, direct, and delegate responsibilities to subordinate staff.
Assist the Manager in establishing regular sales and office staff meetings. Coordinate with the Banking Center Manager to set the agenda.
Evaluate the performance of subordinates on a constant basis and provide counseling and guidance as needed.
Consistently meet and exceed deposit and loan sales goals as defined by Banking Center Manager and actively solicit the various retail and other business lines' products.
Oversee the complete consumer loan process delivered through the branch and assist the Banking Center Manager as needed with business banking product and service fulfillment.
Assist the Banking Center Manager in achieving the deposit, loan, and profit goals for the office.
Promote the sales culture and ensure that the staff receives proper training to sell, cross-sell, and reach individual and team sales goals.
Provide service to customers and prospective customers on various banking matters including the explanation and opening of new accounts and professional resolution of Monitors district overdrafts and provides approvals for daily review over branch limits.
Demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making, abiding appropriately to establish guidelines and procedures.
Provide continuous education of policies and procedures to the Staff to ensure the adherence of policies and procedures
Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by ensuring all customer information is kept confidential.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
Must be willing to register and maintain registry with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS), to comply with the S.A.F.E. Act Requirements.
Must be able to work all hours of operations.
