Job Description:
At Regions, our Treasury Analyst V assists in managing the semi-annual Dodd-Frank stress testing process and the annual CCAR submission.
Primary Responsibilities
• Ensures ongoing enhancements are made to internal processes and governance framework as required by regulatory guidance
• Assists in the preparation of comment letter submitted to regulators as new/proposed changes to regulations are issued
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Seven years financial modeling or forecasting and regulatory capital experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong verbal and written communication skills

Treasury Process Integration Analyst
At Regions, the Treasury Process Integration Analyst is responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, integration, enhancement, and monitoring of the internal controls, business processes, and reporting functions under the purview of the Corporate Treasury division, including the bank’s annual capital planning activities. This analyst will help ensure Corporate Treasury division activities and processes are aligned with strategic initiatives of the corporation. This role will work closely with associates throughout Corporate Treasury, Finance, Risk Management, and other groups at Regions to improve the overall control environment, mitigate risks in processes, drive sustainability and consistency, and identify efficiencies through process and control enhancements. The role participates in both qualitative and quantitative analyses supporting various groups in Corporate Treasury, thus providing a broad perspective of departmental activities. This position will report to the Head of Capital Planning and Functional Partnerships at Regions. This team provides high visibility within the organization, and exposure to senior and executive level members of management.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of process and control improvement initiatives across the entire capital management process at Regions
• Identify and implement enhancements to create efficiencies and streamline Corporate Treasury processes
• Implement processes to promote quality, efficiency, and accuracy of activities within the Corporate Treasury division
• Collaborate with other groups in Corporate Treasury to support department-wide objectives and ensure integration with corporate strategic initiatives
• Stay well informed of regulatory and industry developments regarding Corporate Treasury and Capital Management subject matter, to promote a best in class process with leading edge practices
• Assist other areas of the team and Corporate Treasury to ensure the successful completion of group responsibilities and goals
Qualifications:
• BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required
• Prefer experience in audit, risk, finance, accounting, or related activities
• Understanding of compliance functions, including risk assessment, process design, internal controls, monitoring, and review activities
• Ability to perform a review of processes and develop quality recommendations to improve processes and limit weaknesses
• Highly motivated individual with a desire to influence change on a large scale
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
• Cross-functional team player who coordinates well with other groups and stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint functionality
