Overview
We are looking for a focused and results-oriented professional to join our team! If you have strong customer service skills or demonstrated success with hiring in a fast-paced environment, this may be an ideal opportunity for you. As a Floater Manager you will work in a team environment with responsibility for servicing internal clients’ requests and managing the administrative responsibilities of the Floater team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience recruiting for temp-to-permanent and direct hire requisitions
Job Description
• Maintains staff by interviewing, selecting, orienting and training employees
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing orientation and training plans
• Accomplishes results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures
• Manages the client/employee engagement process and performance expectations through sound decision-making and rapport building
• Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and service standards and conducting weekly and monthly quality checks to ensure client satisfaction
• Document and maintain all employee and client information in systems as appropriate
• Develops and maintains tracking and reporting of employee hours
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
Ideal Candidate will have the following:
• Customer Service and administrative skills
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with emphasis on performance management
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals
• Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
• Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
• Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
• Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
• Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
