Job Description
This position will be responsible for:
• Responsible for managing and researching production issues that impact the customer experience and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Writes requirements for business and technical needs to resolve production support issues
• Owns the prioritization of bugs/defects on the production support backlog
• Performs analysis to creatively solve problems
• Manages resolutions of production issues from initiation to completion
• Manages communication of production issues and quantifies the business impact
• Works with compliance to review production issues
• Responsible for working with internal and external IT partners to identify and resolve system issues within the established timeline.
• Establishes production support KPIs and product monitoring
• Identify/analyze trends in volume or type of triage requests
• Manages requests from customer care to resolve pending customer issues
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline required.
Experience
• Min of 1- 3 years plus demonstrated experience as a business analyst, experience in product/service development in ecommerce financial services.
Skills
• Ability to analyze data for reporting and data mining to identify production issues
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SQL
• Must be a self-starter and able to manage the investigation of issues with minimal supervision
• Highly inquisitive and an eagerness to learn new products and systems
• Experience with JIRA and Agile Methodologies preferred
• Manage production defects from research to resolution
• Experience working in close partnership with technical teams, operations, legal and compliance and other business stakeholders
• Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to a fast-paced business environment
