Job Description
This position will be responsible for:
• Work with hiring managers through the entire recruiting process, from developing job descriptions to actively sourcing and screening applicants to extending offers.
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with hiring managers in order to ensure a solid understanding of job vacancy specifications, current and future recruitment needs in order to provide value-added consultation on sourcing channels.
• ·Act as subject matter expert by remaining current on internal and external recruiting issues and retail financial services industry trends.
• Create sourcing strategies for each position. Conduct meetings or conference calls with hiring managers to gain strategic alignment.
• Build and maintain a robust talent acquisition process, including incorporating/implementing an ATS.
• Build and maintain process to capture recruiting metrics.
• Create and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview proces
• Further advance the diversity recruiting strategies and employee referral programs.
• Create, define and document college recruiting and intern strategy and target top schools.
• Continue to enhance the employment brand and strategically advance Dollar Financial as the brand of choice for candidates.
• Research and propose creative recruitment and sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
• Work to negotiate with all contingency vendors on Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work
• Work to develop and implement “best in class” recruitment processes and practices to proactively support medium and long term talent planning.
• Helps assist with new hire on-boarding and orientations when needed.
• Other special duties or projects as needed.
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Experience
• Minimum of 5-7 years of agency and corporate recruiting experience is required
Skills
• Corporate and Retail recruiting experience a plus
• Experience in recruiting and sourcing Entry to VP-level candidates is required
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems is required
• Work as a self–starter and change catalyst
• Independently create and execute against sourcing strategies.
• Proactive in identifying issues and suggesting solutions and/or making recommendations
• Uses independent judgment to accomplish objectives
• Ability to manage internal clients, meetings, and high volume requisition load in a timely manner
• Ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership teams and management on recruiting and providing metrics
• Ability to work in high volume fast-paced environment
• Excellent organization and follow-up ability
• High energy, tenacious approach to recruiting
