JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• College degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Loan Operations/Loan Processing/Branch environment or related role preferred
• General knowledge of Retail and Commercial loan documentation requirements
• Basic knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements
• Good verbal and written communication skills are required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word programs
• Participate in all required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering training, as well as internal and external training programs, online training, meetings and seminars/conferences, etc.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Performs routine and basic administrative tasks at the direction of team lead/coordinator or manager. Exercises sound judgment and discretion in the performance of duties usually in support of a single team within Loan Operations.
• Assists in workflow processes of department as directed by team lead/coordinator or manager. Gather, interpret, and transcribe basic information and/or related files to determine appropriate documents and core data input according to bank, regulatory and investor guidelines in order to board and quality assurance review loan packages.
• Process standard to basic loan boarding requests and/or loan maintenance according to Bank, regulatory and investor guidelines
• Assist Account Officers with questions regarding loan booking and loan maintenance questions
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to requests and issues in an accurate and timely manner
• Meet performance standards of established production and quality metrics
• Adhere to Corporate policies and procedures as proscribed
• Other duties as assigned
