Office Coordinator
Position Summary:
The primary duty of the Office Coordinator is to provide general facilities support.
• Responsible for the entire administrative function of the office
• Build strong relationships with service line partners and their teams to deliver high quality service
• Assist with the overall operations of the office by managing vendor relationships, general office supply ordering, deliveries and other routine office needs.
• Serve as the office liaison to national office purchasing and procurement, as well as the security and business technology teams
• Respond to various requests and inquiries from employees
• Provide general facilities support
• Ensure that the office is cared for, organized, stocked, and clean at all times
• Meet and greet all visitors, including clients, candidates and vendors
• Handle the coordination and processing of all mail and packages – both incoming and outgoing, i.e. regular mail, UPS, etc.
• Handle catering orders for meetings, events and trainings
• Assist with People & Culture related activities, including pieces of the onboarding and exiting processes for employees, busy season activities, etc.
• Main contact for building personnel and building-related matters
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (outlook, word, excel powerpoint)
• Ability to handle multiple project simultaneously
• Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of management, as well as cross-functional groups both inside and outside the firm
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Preferred Skills and Experience:
• 1 year of job experience preferred but not required.
