Job Description
The office Administrator will be responsible for the direct supervision and coordination of all department clerical support staff as well as the supervision of the collection staff.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Train, develop and supervise the clerical support staff to insure that all clerical needs are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist in the supervision of the collection staff including the monitoring of daily productivity reports.
• Field customer complaints from the collectors that require the assistance of a supervisor and make decisions regarding the disposition of same.
• Prepare and distribute all monthly delinquency, charge-off and Board reports as well as a variety of related MIS, delinquency and related reports.
• Coordinate the work of the Department's collection agencies and attorneys while reviewing, approving and executing Certifications from collection attorneys while monitoring the status of the legal process.
• Assist in preparing performance appraisals of subordinates and issuing same to personnel.
• Process and maintain recoveries from all outside collection agencies and attorneys and maintain appropriate MIS.
• Maintain attendance records of all Department personnel.
• Approve and process extension requests for installment loans.

Required Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years' supervisory and bookkeeping experience.
• College degree preferred.
