The Talent Acquisition Relationship Manager for our Workforce Solutions business unit will develop and lead hiring initiatives to meet overall business recruiting goals. This is a high impact role requiring extraordinary partner skills with validated ability and experience to execute recruiting strategy, influence partners, provide insight into talent market to take the best approach, and deliver results. This high-energy, people-oriented individual will effectively influence the internal stakeholders to the strategic talent goals of this business segment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Function as a point of contact for the business, HR, Recruiting Leader and other partners.
• Participate in the preparation and delivery of monthly business reviews
• Apply a new perspective on existing solutions to solve complex problems, analyzing multiple sources of information.
• Use agile principles to execute demand to forecast backlog and fulfill hiring targets.
• Partner with the Regional or Business Unit HR Leader to understand the Workforce Plan for the assigned region/BU to include hiring projections, turnover projects, M&A activity and any pending projects that have a Talent Acquisition (TA) impact.
• Consistently engage with HR, Recruiting and clients for business continuity and planning.
• Own getting the right people, skills into the right roles. This should include strategic understanding, planning and mentoring for the manager on what they need i.e. scoping the hiring.
• Perform as the point of contact for all partner escalations regarding assistance with Hiring Managers, HRBP’s or activities related to TA.
• Responsible for understanding the status on current open positions in the region and report back to TA and HR on the status of openings on a weekly basis.
• Work with the recruiting partner on the recruitment for pivotal and critical roles.
• Work closely with the HR Operations Center to ensure a consistent and excellent onboarding experience for new hires.
• Partner with the Recruiting, HR team and hiring managers to represent Equifax at Universities as appropriate.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 7+ years progressive professional Talent Acquisition experience
• As an individual contributor, the ideal candidate must possess a diverse set of skills ranging from recruitment, data analysis to practical project management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong understanding of ATSs, Workday preferred
• Ability to present ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Strong bias for action, a keen sense of urgency and the ability to drive results in a highly matrixed organization.
