• Track record of reaching & exceeding published quota selling high-value SaaS and consulting solutions to companies
• Ability to sell to executives
• Very strong presentation, communication & professional networking skills
• Exceptional organizational & time-management skills
• Ability to proactively prospect new business, conduct discovery, qualify leads
• Ability to learn & master new concepts and information sets quickly
• Demonstrated experience working with Capital Markets/Investor Relations professionals is valued
• Ability to conduct deep strategic company research and utilize same to drive sales cycle
• Strong business acumen and the ability to engage and deliver value to senior executives
• Advanced written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to develop & execute both quarterly and annual sales plans; responsible for accurate forecasting
• Ability to negotiate contracts and associated terms & conditions
• Experience working in a collaborative, team-selling environment with multiple stakeholders including other business lines and representatives: Sales Specialists, Account Managers/Customer Success, Product, Finance, Sales Liaisons, and the Nasdaq Listing team
Skills, Requirements and Competencies:
• Experience selling and servicing public companies is valued
• SaaS / Consulting sales experience is valued
• Professional sales methodology training & familiarity is valued
• Ability to travel up to 30-50%
Education, Professional accomplishments, and Certifications:
• Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or marketing/sales
• Experience Required:
• 3-7 years of quota-carrying new gross sales experience in a consultative selling environment
