The Role:
We are looking for a product leader (Director – Sr Director level) to head up one of our four strategic product pillars focused on transforming the workplace experience. As part of our product leadership team, and with Product Design and Engineering leaders as your key partners, you will own and be responsible for setting the product strategy within your pillar building and leading multiple product teams to best serve our users driving value to the individual and for larger enterprises.
We are building a global product platform with a vision of transforming the every day lives of people in the workplace so that they may work faster, smarter, healthier and import a connection to the people, amenities and communities around them with personalized and predictive experiences. You will build and grow the product organization to meet current and future needs, as well as provide people leadership and team development. This is a critical leadership position focused on delivering value to one of CBRE’s key strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate can effectively engage with both engineering and business leaders to create a strategic product roadmap; Has a strong track record of building and bringing innovative consumer-facing digital products to market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy:
Drive pillar strategy, collaborating with your key Design, Engineering, and Business Development partners and business stakeholders, while driving our overall product direction.
Support your and align your teams to get their product directions correct. You are a domain expert for the company
Communications:
Serve as a product diplomat and be the voice and ambassador for your strategic pillar. Listen and partner with our global teams to ensure transparency and that we are building the market fit across markets.
Ensure our stakeholders voices are heard and incorporated into the product process.
Collaboration:
Problem solve and collaborate across the company, especially leadership, and bring out the best in others to get us to the right answers, while running your pillars product operations well.
You will partner closely with our Business Development teams, Enterprise Business Unit Leaders, and Customer Success Teams.
Fundamentals:
As we build out our teams, we need leaders that can get deep into product analytics and support your Product Managers with data, engineering, and design system fundamentals as we continually improve our processes.

You need to zoom in and out to see the forest and the trees right and build your product team structure to support superior product execution across your teams.
Meet or exceed your goals with consistent and predictable delivery.
User Science:
Apply your deep understanding of studying user intent and behavior to ensure your teams are doing the right user research to refine our product direction and share learnings and insights back to the broader organization.
Leadership:
Build, lead, grow, and retain a team of fantastic Product Managers
Experience:
5+ years of strategic product management, where you were accountable for strategy, execution, and user understanding
Demonstrable successes in launching and iterating products as the strategic owner
Track record of developing your people into future product leaders
