Description
Zions Bancorporation is currently accepting applications for our CommunicationsCoordinator located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The ideal candidate will have the skills and abilities necessary to:
• Be responsible for supporting ongoing customer relations communication plans providing multi-channel communications.
• Be responsible for the communications and marketing coordinator in developing internal or external communications in accordance with current and future strategies.
• Oversee content management for intranet sites, including content updates for general pages and assist other subject matter experts responsible for updates to division and other pages.
• Lead cross functional teams to enhance and expand enterprise branding throughout the enterprise/divisions and various intranet sites.
• Ensure the consistent communication of messages through all channels, including consistent image, look, branding and content.
• Provide resources and skills to expand the use of video and other communications mediums.
• Provide communications expertise in the use of various media, email, video, web, etc.
• Provide resolutions to a diverse range of communications.
• Use judgment within defined policies and practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in communications and 2+ years experience in communications and some experience in internal and/or external communications, brand and image using various media channels, creating and editing video for internal and/or external communications, managing content and design of web communications or other directly related experience.
• A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
• Working knowledge of communications and some experience in internal communications and use of multiple communications channels.
• Ability to deliver consistent branding and images using various media channels and manage content and design of web communications.
• Ability to work independently, display creativity and exercise sound judgment.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, especially in the area of mass communication.
• Ability to analyze communications to determine the most effective way to present message, distribute and reinforce message and branding.
• Proven ability in communication creation and design skills.
• Creative contributor and problem solver with excellent attention to detail.
• Solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Working content management strategies and processes.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint and familiarity or experience in how to best use SharePoint templates and other tools.
