Job Responsibilities:
The Corporate Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of approximately 10 - 12 Credit specialists within the GCN Corporate Credit team.
•Corporate Credit is a complex, dynamic department servicing six key European markets namely India, UK, Netherlands, IEC and IDC, Germany & Austria, along with US
• The key pillars of focus are Compliance, Effectiveness and efficiency and you will be expected you have a daily focus on these areas
•The successful candidate will be an experienced and proven people leader, who has outstanding thought leadership and is able to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
•Effective leader and coach – able to identify training needs and development opportunities and follow through to ensure performance standards are exceeded using the principles of credit and collections effectiveness
•Coach and support the team in driving business goals (CPPH, ACM, KP, compliance)
•Successfully build and maintain relationships with our key business partners
•Daily production management
•Working knowledge of conduct and performance policies
•Drive a clear understanding of credit results and progress against key metrics
• Closely monitor key metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement
•This role may be subject to additional background verification checks

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Strong people leadership skills with a proven history in employee engagement, development, motivation & change management within an operational environment
• Proven ability to build and sustain strong, productive relationships across internal teams and stakeholders
• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities to deliver strong results
• Excellent analytical skills and proven experience in using these skills to identify opportunities to drive production performance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver relevant and engaging presentations
•Demonstrated knowledge of credit industry policies and procedures Qualifications
•Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
• Proven track record of experience in a credit or risk environment
• Strong product knowledge (corporate)
•Proven knowledge of ROP and MOS.
• Extensive Knowledge of the GCP organization
•Graduate with Minimum 4 Years’ Experience In Collection Service Industry
•1 Year of People Leadership Experience - Desirable - Proven Ability to Provide Specific Behavioral and Performance Feedback
•Flexibility to work in a Multiple Shift environment is a must
