About the Role:
This position is a newly created role at Prudential, and the successful candidate will support the Global Recruiter in expanding and building Customer Office presence in international markets, initially focused on Latin America and Asia Pacific.
You will handle day-to-day interview scheduling, onboarding, & reporting activities in addition to defining and providing solutions for process enhancements.
This role sits in Newark, NJ. This is a contractor role (W-2 through payroll company).
Responsibilities:
• Managing complex interviews with interviewers in multiple countries both in the United States and around the world; understanding the countries’ nuances, culture, and norms
• Coordinating logistics including escorts, technology, calendars, location details, etc. with multiple people across multiple countries
• Collaborate with local countries’ HR staff to process all global new hires. This includes: offer letters/contracts and background checks.
• Understanding each countries’ laws and regulations to process hires and create offer letters
• Develop process flows and process improvements that advance the customer experience and implement solutions
• Ability to develop reports to meet customer’s needs, Talent Acquisitions' needs, and Compliance needs (i.e. open positions, filled positions, time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.
• Ability to research/analyze international markets utilizing tools such as TalentNeuron, LinkedIn, Competitor Intelligence data
Qualifications
• BA/BS from an accredited college/university
• Outstanding organizational skills and detail orientation
• Excellent follow-up skills, ability to work on multiple
• Strong customer orientation and ability to interact with applicants and leaders at all levels in multiple countries
• Prior experience with interview scheduling and recruiting coordination in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is a plus
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize work, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage demanding, fast paced day-to-day work
• Highly proficient in Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Previous work experience with Talent Acquisition Systems including Taleo & Workday is preferred
