Job Summary
The Opportunity
"Project Managers within FICO lead delivering software solutions in a client-facing, dynamic environment. They will have the opportunity to deliver both world-class consultancy and technical delivery skills set within FICO's enterprise software solution suite."- Project Management Sr. Manager
What You'll Contribute
• Delivery Management practice within Technology Consulting to provide consistent, high quality product/solution/software delivery.
• Manage project margins – considering commercial terms and project costs.
• Deliver change management for project delivery, including proactively protecting project margins.
• Using best practice methodologies to manage a team of functional and technical FICO consultants to deliver FICO software solutions to meet clients’ needs.
• Able to navigate matrix organizations both internally and client side to secure resources and project buy-in.
• Gain understanding of the FICO products being delivered as part of the project so as to be able to converse with the client in a knowledgeable and confident manner.
• Create a collaborative working environment to jointly deliver our solutions with the client.
• Build trusted client relationships at all levels from the beginning of the engagement through to successful delivery.
• Leverage client relationships to validate assumptions, acquire useful information, negotiate among competing objectives, resolve issues, manage change, agree to direction, and achieve consensus on project.
• Interpret different commercial and contractual terms and manage the project to the terms within the contract.
What We're Seeking
• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
• Technical project delivery experience (ideally software delivery).
• Build, manage and motivate disparate teams – geographically and across Organizations (Clients and Partners).
• Experience in at least one of the following – Financial Services, Utilities, or Telecom industry.
• Demonstrable experience leading Agile project implementations.
• Advanced experience managing client relationship/interaction for project delivery.
• Demonstrates ability to communicate and escalate issues to keep stakeholders informed.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% (up to 50%) of the time based on software implementation cycle/client needs.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Project Delivery across – Originations, Fraud, Customer Management or Collections and Recoveries preferred.
• Worked in a consultancy based environment/organization preferred.
• Experience leading SaaS / Cloud-based project implementations preferred.
