The Team
Simple, safe, and secure digital money transfer is at the core of Fidelity’s customer experience. As a member of the Money Movement squad, you will contribute to project success in peer-to-peer payments by producing clear and concise business analysis, identifying and quantifying the impact of business problems and building business cases using a flexible and adaptive approach that emphasizes teamwork and collaboration across business units. You will play a critical role in identifying requirements and bring to the table a unique blend of business and technical savvy—big-picture vision with the drive and knowledge to deliver best-in-class digital experiences for our clients.
The Expertise You Have
• A minimum of three years of experience with cross-functional, agile teams
• You are a self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, and focused on keeping progress moving forward not only for yourself but for the entire team
• Financial services experience or experience in an industry that is complex, multi-channel and regulated
• Hands on experience creating digital peer-to-peer or payment systems
• Proven track record of defining, testing, iterating on, and delivering best in class digital experiences
• Demonstrated commitment to cross-functional collaboration in a client-centric, fast paced environment
• Business analysis, problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail

The Value You Deliver
• Providing analytical support to understand the customer experience using data from operational processes and digital flows and making recommendations on how to improve.
• Reporting on the digital efforts, accomplishments and quantifiable results, and elevating organizational awareness
• Synthesizing complex data from multiple, disparate sources across business units and present analysis, insights and themes in a simple, clear way
• Prioritizing work to deliver customer value based on impact
• Developing and evolving ideas via ongoing dialogue with partners and senior leaders that brings together client needs, emerging technology, financial trends and Fidelity’s enterprise goals.
• Working across teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience across products and channels
