Overview:
The Facility Manager for the account is a pro-active manager who will partner with the client, reporting to the Senior Facility Manager, to deliver world class operational direction to the client’s portfolio and customers. This responsibility includes representing the client in the field in ensuring the flawless execution of business-critical operations. A credible, impactful communicator, he/she operates with a “no surprise” approach. A successful track record of high-performance and customer satisfaction, ensuring that third party contract resources are held to rigorous performance standards and oversee financial performance of the assigned portfolio. Ensure the Client will receive the highest level of operational performance and will have a satisfaction level of 100%.
Responsibilities:
• Proactively manage all facility services in accordance with JLL account and client standard processes and procedures, ensuring superior customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Management of all assigned facilities
• Evaluate all assigned facilities mechanical equipment, building shell, interior finishes, energy effectiveness, etc. and develop recommendations for improvements.
• Develop and manage Facility operating budgets for the assigned portfolio, proactively track variances and manage within target.
• Achieve cost savings through maximizing utilization of suppliers, preferred vendors/contractors and identify additional efficiency opportunities
• Insure compliance with portfolio wide initiatives and required local, state and federal laws and regulations, JLL audit and compliance requirements.
• Develop best practices and innovations to implement on customer account and share with JLL
• Accountable for the accuracy and timely updates to all systems data utilized for the account process, procedures and metrics supporting IFM.
• Quarterly inspections performed 4 times a year which will require some travel
• Performs additional job duties as requested.
Qualifications:
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
• CPM, RPA or CSM designation is preferred
• 5+ years facility management experience with demonstrated ability to exercise proper judgment
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
• Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
• Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices
• Knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze data
• Retail Banking Experience
