The Wealth Management Imaging Clerk is responsible for indexing and coordinating scanning of Trust Client Original documents, Investment documentation and client correspondence for the Trust department. The primary focus is servicing and filing of client account files for internal Private Client Advisors (PCAs) and Institutional Administrators and Corporate Trust administrators. The Imaging Clerk reviews documents to determine proper scanning and indexing of client files into the electronic file room and maintaining existing paper filings. This requires excellent accuracy, and attention to detail.
The Securities Movement Specialist performs critical and reoccurring processes related to:
• Indexing and or quality review of received documents for placement to electronic Client File
• Scanning of hard documents received for placement to electronic Client File
• Maintaining existing paper client files
• Processing of incoming requests to resource mailbox
Work Hours:
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent necessary
Experience:
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Technical Knowledge/Skills:
Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
Knowledge of Trust industry and terminology-Preferred
Strong PC, word processing, spreadsheet and data entry skills
