This customer service position provides support to the Talent Management department. This position may help with a variety of duties such as on-boarding, handling busy reception area and phone calls, scheduling interviews, helping with meeting preparations, handling various clerical duties including filing, copying, and ordering lunches. Provides support to the Talent Management Team and provides backup to other Services Associate in the Talent Management department.
Work Hours:
Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Required:
College Degree
Experience:
Previous administrative assistant as well as customer service experience. Strong computer skills to include; Windows, Word, Excel and Access. Excellent customer service and teamwork skills. Must be extremely detail oriented and be flexible when priorities change. Individual should be able to take initiative and seek out growth/learning opportunities.
