National Talent Acquisition Recruiting Coordinator

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for our fast-paced Talent Acquisition department. The Recruiting Coordinator provides local, regional and national support to the Talent Acquisition team and reports to the National Talent Acquisition Operations Manager. The Recruiting Coordinator is involved in all areas of Experienced Hire recruiting and assists with in some areas of University Recruiting. This role develops working relationships with candidates, recruiters, and other Grant Thornton employees who participate in the interviewing/hiring process. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, organized, detailed, flexible, and able to handle many tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Management of the scheduling process for candidate interviews with recruiters and hiring managers, including distribution of interview schedules and evaluations.
• Become highly proficient with the applicant tracking system (Taleo) and fully utilize, update and maintain requisition and candidate activity to ensure OFCCP compliance.
• Prepare offer letters and send new hire documentation.
• Audit and process candidate expenses.
• Initiate and assist in the review of background investigations.
• Regularly support and back up team members.
• Coordinate candidate travel arrangements, when applicable.
• Promote a positive candidate experience.
• Train new team members and be available for questions; update training materials.
• Additional duties/projects as required.
Qualifications
• A minimum of six months of scheduling experience; preferably in a recruiting group or a professional services organization
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or relevant work experience
• Experience utilizing Taleo, or a similar applicant tracking software.
• Extensive experience using the calendar feature in Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge of Word, Excel, and database systems
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with various levels of personnel
• Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Adherence to the highest degree of professionalism and strict confidentiality on all matters.
