About the Role
This is a temporary position to assist a department by providing clerical support. Position is full-time and is anticipated to end approximately Mid-March 2019.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a temporary position to assist a department by providing clerical support by catching up in areas such as scanning, copying, tracking, filing; scheduling appointments and/or meetings; taking meeting minutes; handling mail; answering phones; and other general office and clerical duties as assigned. May code/enter bills to correct general ledger account.
Position provides clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports supervisor and Bank employees through performance of a variety of clerical tasks, while ensuring that all are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
About You
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school or equivalent education
• Minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience
• Must demonstrate proficiency with Word and Excel software programs

Must be able to perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional moving and/or lifting of up to 20 lbs. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; and/or viewing a computer terminal.
