Moss Adams is seeking dynamic, energetic, collaborative candidates who are enthusiastic about marketing. We currently have an opening on our marketing team for a Marketing Senior Specialist in our Construction, Real Estate, Hospitality, Restaurants and Professional Services (CHRPs) industry group. Working closely with the marketing manager and key industry leaders, the Marketing Senior Specialist contributes to and executes marketing strategy and demand generation programs to raise brand awareness and drive growth for the CHRPs practice. The Marketing Senior Specialist leverages strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills to drive a variety of marketing programs while working with numerous stakeholders. This position is client service oriented, and works collaboratively with sales and marketing colleagues as well as client service professionals.

Responsibilities:
• Execute and contribute to integrated marketing strategies that support team growth goals and are aligned to the firm’s marketing and brand strategy
• Pursue and coordinate sponsorship, speaking, tradeshow, event, and strategic alliance opportunities to create effective sales and marketing opportunities
• Execute marketing communications to drive awareness and generate leads, including advertising, email marketing, digital marketing, and media relations
• Support effective marketing messaging across website, collateral, content marketing, webcasts, and proposal content
• Support analysis and reporting of marketing results, including budget management
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager and other sales and marketing colleagues to help manage client experience and other growth initiatives within the practice
• Lead marketing reporting, internal communications, and SharePoint site development/ maintenance in collaboration with Marketing Manager
• Use CRM to execute marketing programs while managing activity tracking and mailing lists
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive marketing responsibility; experience in public accounting or professional services environment preferred
• Ability to work effectively across functions/departments/teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencing others
• Strong ability to assess challenges, think critically, and identify creative solutions
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience with CRM systems, email marketing tools, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint desired
• Ability to travel to firm’s key markets and attend marketing meetings/conferences as needed, approximately 20%
