ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Be a part of a team assisting Enterprise Services (ES) senior leadership with the development of a mission support organization strategic assessment. The assessment will identify potential similarities, redundancies or potential efficiencies and shall include achievable recommendations to ensure ES is moving forward to support the furtherance of agency mission objectives.
Assist ES to assess similar administrative and mission support functions across the eight functional offices (that comprise Enterprise Services) and identify opportunities for strategic realignment. Assist ES leadership with making informed decisions regarding resource allocation (personnel) and organizational structure. Conduct a comprehensive review across the eight ES functional offices to identify and assess the administrative and mission support functions performed by the various entities and identify opportunities for strategic re-alignment.
Manage team to execute the following:
1. Conduct a current state assessment to include development of an environmental scan, products and services attribute log, and workforce analysis dashboard
2. Generate an Enterprise Services Organizational Map
3. Define Future State Products & Services Portfolio by defining the products & services that ES should deliver in the future
4. Prepare an index of future state functions
6. Define organizational design requirements
7. Develop options for an ES organizational structure
8. Develop a draft implementation plan
9. Develop communications and change management plan to socialize new structure to staff and stakeholders
Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field.
Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.
U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
Travel may be required.
Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
