The Director, Digital Mediawill be responsible for implementation and daily management of digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation across social, display and search channels as well as new and emerging areas. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital media marketing and has the experience, ambition and analytical skills to make an impact and accelerate the growth of the business.
Responsibilities:
• Own the day-to-day management and revenue optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple media channels, including social, display and organic search.
• Investigate, identify and promptly resolve day-to-day campaign performance issues and opportunities through adjustments to bidding strategy, spending caps, targeting profiles, etc.
• Generate and analyze daily and monthly reporting, providing recommendations on strategies to improve performance.
• Drive development of SEO strategies to grow traffic to multiple properties and oversee SEO agency in implementation of chosen tactics.
• Work with existing paid search manager to contribute to growth and optimization of core SEM accounts and develop tactical plan to grow performance of client micro-sites.
• Collaborate regularly with creative and marketing managers to develop and execute A/B creative testing that drives growth and optimization.
• Continually evaluate and recommend new digital channels and campaigns that could improve and grow the overall marketing and lead generation strategy.
Qualifications:
• Passion for digital marketing with at least 7+ years of experience managing digital direct response media buying.
• Demonstrated proficiency and hands-on experience using bid management software and marketing automation systems to manage PPC campaigns in Facebook, Adwords, Gemini, Bing Ads and programmatic display.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and experience in managing outside agencies
• Strong analytical skills and competency managing various economic models including CPC, CPM, and CPA.
• Enthusiasm and proficiency in analyzing data and developing actionable insights and marketing strategies.
• Experience performing creative optimization, landing page analysis, and bidding analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including building pivot tables.
• Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal direct supervision but recognize the value of contributing in a team environment.
• Extreme attention to detail is an absolute must with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Math/Statistics, Economics, Marketing or related field preferred.
