The HR Coordinator role will enhance the effectiveness of the Human Resources team by partnering with the HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition teams to perform a wide variety of HR related tasks in managing HR’s relationships with its client groups.
Responsibilities:
• Develop super user proficiency in Fitch's HRIS (Success Factors) and become point person for the HR team on all relevant HR systems (Hitachi, Time & Attendance etc.).
• Assist in creating a positive onboarding experience for new employees by preparing offer letters, distributing new hire packets, ensuring the return of required paperwork, ensuring proper completion of background check and working with Compliance to ensure their review is complete. Review data is accurately inputted into all relevant systems.
• Assist in the off-boarding for departing employees by ensuring the proper removal from all systems and reviewing exit interview survey data.
• Become familiar with company policy, provide insight on topics that cover a full range of HR related issues and respond to inquiries in a timely and service focused manner.
• Maintain and monitor relevant recordkeeping requirements for all HR files, agreements, contracts and other documents as necessary.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners on group wide HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
• Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
• Strong ability in using MS Office
• Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
• Customer focused attitude
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality
• Good organizational and time management skills
