What does an outstanding Client Technical Support Representative, Staff do?
As a Technical Client Services Representative you will provide clients with quality technical support for Bank Solutions Teller and Teller Capture product lines. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and be encouraged to innovatively solve problems. You will be involved in systems evaluation, application-level troubleshooting, product-level consulting and software installation. The right candidate will enjoy solving puzzles and take pride in building client relationships.
• Entry-level phone support position – with development and determination the role can transform into a subject matter expert.
• Tackles new challenges day-to-day – continuous learning and training for all Fiserv products/services.
• Opportunities for awards and recognition based on performance for demonstrating the Fiserv Values.
Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of financial services experience
• Direct customer/client support in the Financial industry
• Proven troubleshooting abilities and strong PC skills; Internet Explorer; MS Office applications; MS Server including IIS and basic networking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate or Bachelor degree highly preferred
• 3+ years of direct customer/client Technical support
• Knowledge of FISERV products and systems is a major plus.
