Client Account Analyst Job Description
Summary
A Client Account Analyst reports to a Manager on the Client Account Management team. The Client Account Analyst will help the CAM team sell better, faster, and more efficiently by taking responsibility for requests that take the CAM out of the field or off the phone. In addition, the Client Account Analyst will take responsibility for communicating to the smaller, less strategic clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide support with creating and processing client deliverables and other materials
Act as a back up point of contact, handling multiple issues and requests from clients and CAMs as they arise.
Handle meeting coordination, agendas and confirmations upon request
Establish processes and leverage technology to make the team interaction more efficient and effective.
Seek additional assignments with little supervision.
Maintain and update internal business applications as requested
Perform outreach to C ranked client base regarding news, events and updates
Partner closely with the Director of Client Account Management to plan and coordinate special projects and events across the CAM team, as needed
Produce monthly commission reports

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or 3 years experience in similar role
