Alternative Investments Training Facilitator

The Expertise We’re Looking For
• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Finance, or Business
• 4+ years of relevant work experience with a background in facilitating, instructing, and utilizing adult learning principles with various audience sizes
• 2+ years Financial Services Industry experience
• Instructional Design experience is preferred
The Purpose of Your Role
The Training Facilitator partners with the Alternative Investments management team to assess training needs and delivers modules that enable associates to confidently respond to inquiries and process transactions flawlessly. The Training Facilitator is responsible for all departmental educational materials and training curriculum and assists with policy and procedure updates.

• Your deep knowledge of documentation/presentation applications allows for the ongoing use of the training tools you will create.

• Innovating department-wide learning experiences by identifying industry changes and enhancement opportunities to facilitate new instructional techniques
