Customer Experience Innovation Manager, Digital Focus
The Customer Experience Innovation team is responsible for driving transformational change for the bank and for our customers. Through the process of tapping into industry and consumer trends, understanding internal goals, ideation and research, we bring to life large, strategic innovations that enhance our customers' lives.
The Customer Experience Innovation Manager is a champion for forward thinking and bringing change to the organization. The manager will bring innovative, digital concepts to life through an iterative process including consumer research, collaboration with bank partners and pilot and prototyping. This person will have a passion around for emerging digital innovations and trends and applying them to make the lives of Huntington's customers better.
Responsibilities include:
• Staying abreast of industry and consumer trends
• Using consumer research to shape concepts
• Collaborating with internal partners to build innovations that meet goals
• Partnering with digital and IT teams to bring innovations to life
• Influencing others with the ability to articulate the problem and solution to stakeholders
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• A minimum of 5 years in a strategy/innovation marketing or digital role
Preferred Qualifications:
• Problem solver
• Passion for technology, forward progression and helping people
• Able to keep the customer at the center of all ideas and implementation
• Comfortable with speaking up against the status quo to foster a customer-centric culture
• Ability to inspire others bring people together to work to a common goal
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Ability to switch between strategic thinking and implementation
• Proven track record of bringing things to life
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
