Position Description Overview
The Gift Solutions business unit is looking for a passionate Customer Support Specialist to join a nimble team providing assistance to customers, clients and partners through a variety of channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day to day issue resolution and customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Specialist works with all departments across the business to ensure that we are delivering world class support.
Job Responsibilities
• Creatively address and resolve customer concerns through phone, email, and live chat
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve application design
• Assist in troubleshooting features pre, and post product feature launch
• Design and implement creative solutions to trending customer inquiries
• Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and retention
• Maintain and track detailed records for all customer interactions

Job Requirements
• A strong desire to help people and improve the customer experience, regardless of the obstacles
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with superb attention to detail
• High motivation, responsibility, and eagerness to learn
• 2 year degree required, 4 year degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in direct customer or client-facing role
• Ability to perform job duties outside of normal business hours including early morning, nights and weekends
• Preferred: Industry related work experience in ecommerce, retail, gift card, pre-paid, or transaction processing related products
