The newly launched LINK by Prudential marketing team within the Customer Office at Prudential merges the entrepreneurial spirit of a start-up with the stability of one of the world's most established financial services companies to deliver best-in-class experiences to our customers. Our team is seeking a dynamic and resourceful professional who will be responsible for leading campaign and customer journey analysis and recommending optimizations across the LINK online and phone advisory service. This person will also analyze campaigns across all customer touchpoints, from initial sourcing of prospects through sales conversion. This role will be accountable for the timely delivery of optimization recommendations to drive growth as well as partnering with product and sales on implementation. This individual will report to the Vice President, LINK Marketing within the Customer Office.
Responsibilities include:
• Lead marketing campaign analysis to ensure optimization and achievement of growth objectives
• Measure trends, efficiencies and the effects of marketing funnel velocity to yield actionable insights
• Conduct primary customer research with our internal research team, and competitive analysis on an ad hoc and on-going basis
• Ensure that new initiatives have appropriate goals defined and sales reporting frameworks prior to launch
• Design, implement and maintain a variety of KPI reporting, inclusive of key performance indicators and performance dashboards
• Partner with data management teams to conduct data mapping exercises as various systems are integrated to optimize the customer experience
• Measure and categorize customer and rep feedback to improve customer experience and drive internal efficiencies
• Develop reporting package for business leaders to conduct monthly business line reviews
• Communicate findings to business partners to turn the insights into action items
Qualifications:
• Strong business acumen with data driven decision making
• Knowledge of and experience with Adobe or Google Analytics, Data Management Platforms, Tableau or other data visualization software
• Ability to build crisp written communications and socialize with employees at all levels of the organization
• Background in understanding sales organizations and the leading indicators and resulting metrics
• Experience in consumer research a plus
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced organization and manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrate influence management skills within matrixed organizations
• Light business travel required to support sales and service organization
