Summary
A successful independent Financial Service Team of Thrivent Financial is looking to add a part time (20-25 hours per week) Administrative Assistant to their team in Lancaster, PA. You are customer focused, organized, and inventive. You are able to handle multiple details, follow-through and help the clients feel supported and appreciated. If this sounds like you - we would love to talk with you. The Administrative Assistant reports to and is employed by the independent Financial Consultant. Medical benefits are not provided by Thrivent Financial.
Position Qualifications
• You will be the first point of contact for members/clients in-person and phone
• Manage client communication, schedule and confirm client appointments
• Greet clients/members as they arrive for appointments
• Collaborate with the home office to maintain and follow up on pending business and requirements, etc. to keep the business moving forward
• Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and data-base Salesforce, and other related CRM (desired).
• Coordinate marketing activities (social media presence, email campaigns, etc.).
• Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information
• Handle and properly document sensitive communications with client/members, and respond in an effective and timely manner to ensure customer happiness
• Coordination support of client events, workshops, seminars, and Action Team volunteer opportunities
