Description
The Director, Marketing & Sales Management will be responsible for assisting the National Sales Director and VP, Marketing Management in carrying out key duties related to attaining financial wellness sales goals, maintaining existing financial wellness customers, supporting Financial Wellness Account Executives and providing sales and marketing support for the broader Financial Wellness and Pathways programs.
RESPONSIBILIITES:
Set divisional FW goals and research book penetration - report out to stakeholders
Client facing reporting
Tracking activity to goal for sales
Provide Pathways and overall FW program training for consultants, new non Pathways FW hires, LEAP initiatives participants
Assist with goal setting/tracking/report outs for entire program/sales
Ensure Natural Market Presentations are being delivered in every PA firm annually
Own and manage all FW specific RFP's to completion
Manage the Spanish Videos in its entirety
Manage Webinar Program in its entirety
Assist with researching divisional book penetration
Database direction on contents/fields that need to be present for sales. Finding a solution to document sales related activity pre and post pitch
Assist with Review program level consolidated survey feedback to detect trends and take action based on data
Ensure FW AE participation in Fast Starts each year
Organize semi-annual Pathways Speaker/MD Best practice Call
Qualifications
• Exposure to B to B sales
• Knowledge of Group Insurance, Retirement, Individual Planning and Financial Wellness products & businesses
• Experience supporting sales people
• Highly organized
• Strong relationship building skills
• Strong communication skills
