Program Manager - Commercial Digital Channel Manager

Responsible for the leadership and management of the bank's commercial digital platform, including management of roadmap, scope, business case, and risks associated with the channel. Also responsible for developing reports and updates to senior level sponsors and senior executives. Provides leadership, direction, coaching and mentoring to project managers who are managing individual initiatives within the program as well as other individuals in roles which support the channel (ex. financial analyst). Example of immediate tasks include leading a complete platform upgrade, developing a pricing strategy, and creating a market-driven roadmap.
Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree typically with a minimum of 8 years experience and demonstrated success in commercial banking, project management, product management, or relationship sales.

High school diploma or GED typically with a minimum of 12 years experience and demonstrated success in commercial banking, project management, product management, or relationship sales.
