A member of our Total Rewards team, the Compensation Senior Analyst administers our compensation programs as part of our firmwide total rewards strategy designed to attract and retain our employees. This individual analyzes compensation benchmarking data and makes recommendations for the annual compensation and bonus processes and competitive offers for recruiting.

Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the annual compensation and bonus processes, with focus on market information, equity, and performance
• Provide guidance and consultation regarding compensation strategy, market ranges, and best practices to the HR field team, recruiting, and partners
• Prepare the firm’s data submissions for compensation surveys, analyze results, develop market ranges, and model compensation increase data
• Create impactful communication regarding cash compensation and total rewards for employees
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred
• Working knowledge of compensation and rewards principals and analytics required
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; able to effectively prioritize work and consistently meet deadlines
• Able to handle confidential material in a reliable manner
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Professional presence with the ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels
• Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%
