Small Business Customer Service Representative - Creve Coeur (Full Time)
The Small Business Customer Service Representative (SBCS) is a position that supports the business line of Small Business. The representative supporting this business line and customer base will require a high degree of accuracy, strong interpersonal relationship skills, focus on the customer needs and adherence to fraud prevention policies and procedures. Representatives will use computerized systems to research information and complete data entry. A mix of routine and non-routine inquiries may involve extensive research, complex troubleshooting, advanced problem solving, and deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. Representatives will focus on owning the call and providing a solution to customer needs/issues while escalating requests that may require a higher level of authority and follow-up. Additional support for inquiries via chat, e-mail or other alternative communications may be needed. Candidates will be skilled to recognize and refer Small Business or retail products including but not limited to small business accounts, loans, credit cards and merchant services. Successful candidates for this position must be comfortable with using multiple systems to research, track, engage and refer clients. In addition, some outbound calling efforts possibly will be included. Representatives must create daily habits of being engaged with the customer to be successful in this role.
Regular contact with Small Business Inside Sales Representatives, Small Business Banking Specialists, branch personnel, and other business partners is expected.
