Description
This is an opportunity to join a unique team within Commercial Sales Administration. This individual will oversee all aspects of Sales Enablement for Huntington's Commercial Bank, ensuring that Huntington sales colleagues have the tools and resources needed to drive revenue and execute on sales goals. Responsible for leading, managing and developing the Commercial Sales Enablement team, which is comprised of sales support specialists and knowledge center analysts across multiple Huntington sites. These teams assist in the completion of RFPs, relationship reviews, insight generation, company and industry profiles, as well as lead generation efforts. This role is crucial to supporting the Challenger sales model and coordinates with the Commercial leadership team to execute and align with Commercial strategy.
Key Functions:
• Evaluate, evolve and continually implement the Sales Enablement Strategy while driving adoption and partnership across the organization
• Managing all production and SLA's to ensure that work is delivered with high quality standards in appropriate timelines.
• Hire and develop analysts and specialists capable of providing crucial sales support
• Develop and communicate new tools, documents and resources in order to support sales colleagues
• Oversight of developing tailored actionable insights for customers
Preferred Experience:
• 3 or more years managing a team
• 3 or more years sales experience
• Experience with Sales Enablement and/or direct field support
• Expert-level in Microsoft Suite
• Experience with Salesforce.com CRM
• Experience with the Challenger Sales Model
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 7 or more years of experience
