Description
Job Purpose
The Associate Director, Production Management is responsible for managing much of the operations of the Marketing Communications department to drive marketing effectiveness and efficiency while mitigating risk. Key responsibilities include process excellence, project management, automation, workflow, agency relations, risk management, platform management, and Marketing & Communications fulfillment.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Manages the print, fulfillment, and distribution of Marketing & Communications printed collateral and direct mail.
• Responsible for publication management for email and Web platforms.
• Manages contracts with external marketing agencies and tracks delivery
• Acts as the liaison between Marketing & Communications and all internal and external business partners on new product launches. This includes managing the launch calendar, creating and leading task meetings, and post-launch analysis
• Manages marketing operations staff and is accountable for personnel actions including hiring, performance and salary reviews, disciplinary action, etc.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while leading cross functional teams and meeting stringent deadlines.
• Strong organization and attention-to-detail skills (strong tactical execution).
• Ability to be flexible and professional while effectively managing multiple projects/tasks with tight timelines.
Education and Experience Required
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 6+ years of Marketing, Communications, or financial services industry experience.
• Experience managing a team required.
• Process and project management experience required.
