Job Description:
As a Sr. Consultant in the Channel Analytics and Capabilities team you will be responsible for driving profitable growth for the company by growing and improving the efficiency of digital marketing channels. The role will work extensively with digital data (from partners such as Facebook, Google, and Affiliate networks), lead taxonomy and classification analytics, campaign and affiliate performance, personalization. You will be working on the foundation for audience targeting, discovery and audience analytics.
An important aspect of this role is to work with talented quantitative analysts both onshore and offshore to provide thought leadership as well as statistical and analytical expertise to drive business solutions. This individual will identify, prioritize and execute on initiatives, set strategic direction on analytic initiatives as well as develop analytic core capabilities that enable better decision making and nimble action.
In this role, the candidate will work with a cross-functional team to develop, enhance and improve online and offline marketing strategy. The candidate will be responsible for leveraging first-party and third-party data to identify opportunities, provide insight and improve marketing effectiveness. This will necessitate business problem identification, analytical methodology design and analytical plan execution in support of marketing strategy to improve conversion rate, customer engagement and profitability. Responsibilities
• Work with digital partners (such as Affiliate partners) to improve channel efficiency through personalization and audience based targeting.
• Perform analysis on acquisition and portfolio data, perform cross-channel analysis across Paid Search, SEO, Site Experience Testing, Offline mail, Digital, Display, Email, and Social.
• Position acts as a subject matter expert by providing advice to management, clients and business partners on the effective use of analytical methodologies and industry developments, particularly those related to online acquisition measurement, marketing attribution, and competitive insights.
• Position helps drive acquisition analytic strategy to help business partners achieve volume, usage, and profitability goals. Manages and executes acquisition analysis through a combination of hands on execution and agency interaction.
• Establish and maintain a thorough understanding of the statistical and business impact of key variables on online account acquisition and post-acquisition behavior. Proactively identify trends or developments that may impact business plans or performance or which may represent opportunities. Establish digital dashboards for KPIs.
• Position advances internal teams analytic expertise, capability, and execution deployment.
• Manage up to two direct reports responsible for acquisition analytics, data analysis and tools.
Promote a risk-aware culture; ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.

Skills:
Requirements
• BS in quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or similar field). MS or PhD preferred.
• 5+ years of applied analytics experience. Experience with digital advertising in financial industry is preferred.
• Prior experience with consumer targeting and segmentation, behavioral profiling, campaign performance evaluation, profitability tracking. Experience working with external analytic vendors and media agencies.
• Proficiency with analytic tools (SAS, SQL, Python, Big Data ecosystem, etc.)
• Working knowledge of digital advertising industry, HTML, JavaScript, internet technologies (e.g., cookies, browsers, mobile apps, and emergent technologies), clickstream data, data management platforms.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills across organization and leadership levels.
• Prior experience in Financial Services, Consumer Lending or Credit Card industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with MarTech and AdTech platforms, hands-on experience in one of the DMP tools such as Salesforce DMP, Adobe audience manager, Oracle BlueKai, Neustar is preferred.
• Successful candidates should be familiar with the concepts of algorithmic attribution, multivariate optimization, be inquisitive, quickly learn and adapt to changing solutions landscape.
