Job Description:
At Regions, the Capital Markets Client Relationship Analyst communicates with lenders and borrowers regarding loan activity and the monitoring of loan mechanics. This position requires strong skills in loan servicing systems and Microsoft Office. Demonstrated experience in loan accounting and the ability to interpret credit facility documents are essential. Familiarity with standard LSTA documentation is helpful.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of complex multi‐bank loans consisting of both Real Estate and Corporate loans
• Frequent interaction with clients, investor banks, and internal customers ; Provides daily administration of syndicated loan facilities with clients and investors
• Coordinate disbursements and payments for clients and investor banks
• Facilitation of loan closings and coordination of pre and post closing activity
• Maintain customer and bank group level detail on agency system, ACBS
• Track covenant details for compliance and ensure proper documentation is presented to member banks
• Perform daily reconciliation of monetary entries with daily management of internal accounting activities
• Support continued growth and additional Capital Markets initiatives
• Other duties as assigned, including testing of new processes and systems
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in related field
