The HR Business Partner II provides human resource consultation and support to the Servicing business unit in the delivery of HR related services to employees across a geographically and generationally dispersed organization.
Essential Job Functions:
• In collaboration with Sr. Business Partner, provides coaching and guidance to employees and managers regarding the interpretation of organizational policies.
• Strong focus will be on program management, producing dashboards and reports, employee relations, career development and coordination with our Corporate HR Centers of Excellence teams.
• Advise managers on Core HR programs and processes as it relates to talent management, performance management, compensation, total rewards, training and development, and employee engagement.
• Ensures a coherent and consistent approach is applied and aligned with the implementation of HR programs and processes.
• Influence, coach and advise business leaders on performance related areas for growth.
• Promote employee engagement and positive workplace morale.
• Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.
• Manage time effectively ensuring seamless customer service to the strong satisfaction of the workforce and leadership team.
• In collaboration with Sr. Business Partner and Compensation, reviews all offers of employment in Servicing business unit for consistency and internal equity.
• Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
• Prepare regular metrics dashboard for the business. Understand through data the trends related to the people side of the organizations you support.
• Travel, national 40-50%, may vary based on business conditions.
